Boil the milk in a pan and add the suji slowly . Make a proper mixture and turn off the gass when the mixture will come out clearly from the pan. Allow it for cool.
Poor the water in another pan and mix the sugar and dust of 1 cardamom and make the syrup. Keep it aside and lead it.
Take the suji mixture add maida and another 1 back cardamom dust and need the thoroughly and add 1 tablespoon ghee in it and make a smooth mixture.
Make small balls with the mixture and fry it in oil slowly in low flame.
Take it out from oil and put it in sugar syrup for half an hour.
Then serve the hot gulab jamun.
